Wilton is closing down their instructor program at the end of March. This means there is a limited number of skill classes left. The classes I have scheduled are:
For the Brantford Michael's Store, all classes are 6:30pm to 8:30pm and cost $15, supplies not included

For the Stoney Creek Michael's Store: I only have 2 classes remaining March 2-Basics of Fondant and March 8 Cupcake Essentials.

This Wednesday January 24 ay 6:30pm will be the last offering of the Customer Cake Design Cake. Learn how to transfer a picture to your cake and fill it in. Classes are $15 register in store at the Brantford Michaels. If you want to learn the technique but not bring in a cake you can work on a cake board.

January 4th 6:30pm is first class of the New Year at the Brantford Michaels Store, Cupcake Essentials. Class is $15. All you need is the course 1 kit some icing, and some cupcakes. We will cover the Swirl, Rosette, Hydrangea, Petal flower and more.

I'm a little behind posting pictures from class. These are from the new Cupcake Essentials class. A 2 hour class where we cover the rosette, hydrangea, petaled flowers and more. I offer this class at least once a month at both the Stoney Creek and Brantford Michael's Stores. Check store for schedule.

Next Class for Stoney Creek Michael's is April 19 and for Brantford Michael's it is April 20th. Times for both are 6:30pm - 8:30pm.

Ok I know I said it before but this time it it true. The LAST offering of Wilton's Course 4 Gumpaste Flowers starts tomorrow night at 6:30pm at the Brantford Michael's store. Michael's is ending all 4 week courses in March and the Course 4 kits are just about gone.
