I have been an Epicure consumer for many years, I fell in love with the variety of spice blends right away. As a nurse by trade, I was looking for a way to feed my family healthy food without spending all of my days in the kitchen. Then I learned that Epicure was a BC based business, so I became more intrigued. All of the products are gluten and nut free, with no additives or preservatives. Over 1

00 of the spice blends are certified non-gmo and this list is always growing! I enjoy coming up with healthy recipes full of flavour to share with my friends and family. I love hosting parties because I can demo what I know and spoil my hostess with free product. I love that I am able to do something I love while spreading health and wellness. I believe our body is our foundation, and we our lives can be enriched if we take care of the basics. Good food is not complicated! Let me show you how easy it can be.
