🍁🍂Today, we welcomed the arrival of fall by painting pumpkins! The children enjoyed exploring different colours and using paintbrushes to decorate their pumpkins.
Through this hands-on activity, learning happened naturally as the children strengthened their fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and creativity.
They also practiced making choices, expressing themselves through art, and exploring colours and textures. This activity encouraged curiosity, concentration, and a sense of accomplishment while celebrating the beautiful season of fall.🍁🍂

☀️📚 Let the Summer Adventures Begin! 🚶‍♀️ 🚶‍♂️

This week, we took a fun walk down to the library! The children enjoyed singing songs, reading stories, and learning all about different sea animals. Their excitement and curiosity made for a wonderful morning filled with smiles and discovery.

We can’t wait to make more memories, explore our community, and enjoy many more adventures together all summer long! ☀️

Happy St. Patrick’s Day! 🍀🌈

Today the children at Play Learn Grow Academy had so much fun celebrating! We enjoyed lots of festive crafts, including making leprechaun traps and pots of gold. Some of our classes also created four-leaf clovers for good luck.

It was a wonderful day full of creativity, laughter, and a little St. Patrick’s Day magic! 💚✨

We had the sweetest Valentine’s Week! 💕

One of our favorite parts of celebrating is decorating our doors and creating adorable love themed crafts with the kids. Our senior room even got to make their very own “love potions” today such a magical and fun activity!

We wrapped up the celebration with an exciting Valentine’s dance party filled with music, laughter, and big smiles. 💃🕺

We hope everyone had just as much fun at their day cares and schools as we did here at Play Learn Grow Academy!

The new year is off to a ROAR to start in our senior preschool classes! 🦖 We’ve kicked off our alphabet journey and are diving into “Dd” week with a dinosaur theme. The kids are having so much fun exploring sensory buckets and making creative dinosaur crafts it’s been a huge hit!
