It’s that time again…

One more month until I return to that other job that causes me to mess up your mirroring and forget the left side of a flow. Come to class while I still know my left from my right😉

I’ll be at Sunset Yoga for a few extra classes. I hope to see you at as many as you can!!

Join me at Sunset Yoga for an hour of Yin Yoga on Thursday July 16th at 5:00. If you’ve never tried this type of practice, get ready! We are holding a carefully selected series of poses in order to really lean into our bodies as we attempt to quiet the mind (notice I said ‘attempt’). You will be fully supported with props and alternate poses. I’ll set up the space, you grab your mat and join me.

📿I have 20 blocks, 12 straps, and 5 bolsters- if you have any of these props please bring them with you
📿Drop in fee for non-members is 10.00
📿I have taken my Yin Yoga parts 1 and 2 training from
PranaShanti Education Centre, so trust me, I’m well trained😉
📿I’d suggest you bring something comfortable for savasana so you’re able to completely let go
📿In the meantime, drop by the studio. It’s the best place to practice yoga in Glengarry ♥️
