POV: It’s 2010 and this is my first classroom…

No Amazon wish list.
No TPT.
No Cricut.
No classroom makeover videos.
No aesthetic classroom tours.

Just me, a kindergarten class, and a whole lot of things borrowed from home and handmade after school.

Sixteen years later, one thing I know for sure: your classroom doesn’t need to be complete on day one. Build it slowly. Add what you need. Learn what works. Focus on your students first.

The fancy stuff can wait. ❤️
