I have been in deep contemplation lately about slowing down.

When I can’t figure something out I just stop and take a breath and feel in my body. What answer wants to come through…

As I stepped over the threshold yesterday in ceremony - after a year long journey in a ritual training I felt something in my body. A remembrance - a reminder that this is all a spiral🌀

Just like our menstrual cycle each and every month🩸
Just like the moon and the seasons- everything comes back around to grow a little more, to illuminate something new, to shift something on our path.

So can you slow down enough to feel your body, to hear your soul and to receive what it is you’re meant to in that moment.

No more rushing or pretending just truth love and trust 🌀🙏🏼

Retreat ceremonies arrived today✨

As I sat in my own gentle messiness this morning and moved through some pieces that had been blocking my system for the last little while I received clarity✨

Only when it’s time, will we receive the answers that we’re looking for. There is a trust, a patience and a deep remembering that must be aligned in order for us to get what it is we are seeking. The ability to witness without judgement and hold ourselves through it so we can receive what it is we are looking for.

Through this today I received the 3 incredible ceremonies that we will be journeying through at our sacred essence retreat this fall ✨🙏🏼

Today we are stepping into the month of truth in the Scent priestess training that I am currently journeying through this year with .emeraldtemple
As I sit with this beautiful oil, she gave me a clear message the minute I met her….

Your voice doesn’t always need to be so loud - your energy can speak first

This week I was doing intuitive readings at an event, and a few of the women were feeling unsure by their own “bigness”. This got me thinking of how I I’m often hard on myself that I’m not a big & loud personality at times and for me I sometimes feel like my voice needs to be louder (we all have the parts of us we question at tikes). Then I remember that I don’t need to take up space in that way because I hold a frequency in a different way.

People feel energy often before they hear what you’re saying✨

This is just a reminder that however, you show up as long as you feel that you are standing in your truth in your power that it is just perfect.

If there’s moments you feel like you don’t know what your truth is then maybe it’s time to go deeper. Allow the power and energy of today’s blue moon to guide to to the depths of what your soul wants you to know.

Magical Monday Real Talk✨

Lately, I’ve been noticing a shift - in me and of course all around. I’ve been shifting my frequency so that I live my life in alignment with only what feels good and real ✨

✨I’ve been noticing where I still have old limiting beliefs
✨ I’ve been noticing where I still do the odd thing that I feel I’m supposed to even if I don’t want to
✨ I’ve been noticing when I’m not in alignment with a situation or another person

AND

I’ve also been noticing how far I’ve come.

When we align with a frequency of who we are and who we want to be - we move differently. For me i’m craving deeper, more real and sacred connection. I’ve been feeling more in person events rather than posting online not knowing who’s even seeing or hearing my message or my voice.

Excited for a big event this evening with that will for sure stretch me and I am excited for the possibilities that show up when you say yes to something even if your not quite sure what it will be like✨

Like the spring - we are emerging 🌸

I sat down to do some journaling today & received a beautiful reminder✨

We, like the seasons are coming out of our cocoon. We are blooming. We are expanding. We are becoming more awakened - just like the flowers the trees and the weather.

I’ve been feeling like I’m deep in life versus deep in ritual like I often am in the winter and the message that came through today was exactly what I needed.

LIFE IS THE CEREMONY

Everything we receive when we are deep in our rituals needs a space to integrate and land and become embodied. SO when you feel like you’re not doing enough, remember that it all is about intention and when you can recognize that you are moving through life, as if you’re in a sacred ceremony, that is the work✨

There is absolutely a time for the deep sacred rituals. That’s a big part of what we do when we gather in the fall for our weekend women’s retreat. Early registration for sacred essence October 16-18 this fall will be going up next Friday May 22!
