Confirmation always comes 🐝

As I sit this morning, creating a new offering that I have been wanting to put into the world for a few years now I was greeted by the medicine of the wasp this morning!

I know for some of you - it may sound a little woo woo, but I invite you to listen to the message that came through today, that I share in this video.

WE are always guided, especially in the moments where we are questioning and seeking confirmation. When you allow yourself to be supported the messages come through in ways that you often wouldn’t think✨

The same goes for the things we move through in our lives. Different experiences that we have, different moments we move through where our bodies shift and change.

We often look at these things just as symptoms - when really they are opportunities and initiations to grow, to expand and to listen a little deeper to what our bodies are telling us✨

The wasp showed up today to confirm it is fully time for this offering to be birthed into the world.

Trust ✨

We are in this time right now between summer and fall - there’s still so much summer left AND in my body I’m beginning to feel the energy of fall and slowing down and connecting to what is next - what is here - what is coming.

When things aren’t flowing or happening the way that we want them to in the moment, we are being asked to step back - to sit with life in a different way.

The more that we can practice doing that, the more we can trust that we are receiving the exact medicine that we need in that moment.

Life is filled with initiations, but a lot of the times we miss them because we’re so focused on what’s not working for us that we miss the exact thing that is happening because it’s exactly what we need.

Sacred Cycle 🩸

Even at 44 - Even as a feminine wisdom guide who helps women learn about her sacred menstrual cycle, i’m still confronted each and every month with versions of myself that I am still getting to know or have pushed away for years (perimenopause illuminates those) ✨🩸

It makes me so sad how many women go through this each and every month and still never peace together what is actually happening.

I realize that I haven’t spoke much about my sacred cycle journey that I created but that changes now as it needs to be in the world 🩸

🩸It is time to let go of the same and embarrassment so many women still carry
🩸It is time to meet the versions of ourselves that each phase of our cycles are brining forward to us

As a parent, we have no idea what’s in store for us when we birth, our children.

We’re sold these ideas through movies and TV of what it’s supposed to be like.

The perfect family, the perfect birth, the perfect experience. Like everything, there is a learning along the way. There are hard times, amazing times, uncertain times.

BUT

If i’ve learned one thing as a mom, it’s that you keep showing up. You keep putting 1 foot in front of the other. You keep believing in yourself and your kids, You keep loving them, learning about them and yourself. One day you look at them and realize that you made it - WE made it through a chapter that wasn’t always easy, but was so worth it for the people that we have become - for the family that we have become.

I am SO proud of my son. The person he is I have always seen and known at a deep soul level. Thank you for choosing me to be your mama in this life. I will always be your biggest cheerleader and biggest fan. You are just getting started baby boy and I am SO excited for what is in store for you ✨✨✨
