He is Risen! What does it mean to you that because Christ was resurrected, we will be too?

After Christ was crucified, He was laid in a tomb and guarded by Roman soldiers to make sure His disciples didn't steal him away and claim He was risen. This is time Christ spent with the spirits of the dead. How do you think they felt to have the Savior with them?

Today is Good Friday. Jesus Christ was unjustly accused and crucified. He gave up His life for us. What does His sacrifice mean to you?

Christ had His last moments with His apostles before He was betrayed, imprisoned, and killed. He spent those moments teaching and inspiring them. How would you spend your last moments?

Jesus's classic teaching method is through parables, taking everyday items or events and relating it to a gospel principle to make it easier for people to grasp. What's your favorite parable?

Jesus Christ was upset to see people disrespecting the temple and distracting those there to worship. We need to make sure we treat places of worship with reverence. What's distracting you from your worship?

Today is Palm Sunday, the day Christ rode into Jerusalem with people acknowledging Him as their king and waving palm leaves.

Did you know palm leaves are a symbol of Judea? They also appear on coins of that land, representing wealth. Palm trees are also considered a gift from God as it was a staple of survival for those people, using the oil and trunks and all. So the palm fronds symbolize a welcoming of Judea's king and offering up world goods, both luxuries and necessities.

This week we'll be studying Matthew 16 and 17. Watch this video and ponder over how the disciples knew Jesus was the Christ and how YOU can know He is the Christ.

Thou Art the Christ Peter testifies that Jesus is the Son of God. Jesus declares that He will give the keys of the kingdom to Peter.

This week we will be studying Matthew 14 and 15! In these chapters, Christ performs two miracles of feeding thousands and also helps Peter build his faith by helping him as he walks across the stormy sea to the Savior. Below is a video of the latter event. What insights do you have from this?
