Shades of Truth...
I’ve been on a quest for Truth. And, the deeper I dove into solutions/ answers, the more I discovered that, often, nothing is absolute.
Answers, usually, sound like:
• “It depends.”
• “Not Always.”
• “For Most People.”
However, what I have found is that Experience is essential for growth. And, Intuition is imperative for self exploration.
Plus, when it comes to water consumption/ hydration, “half your body weight in ounces of water” is a great guide to finding out “what works best for you.”
Drink more water,
Stay hydrated,
& live longer (maybe).

I was ADDICTED to coffee/ caffeine!
Then, I went on this super cool nutritional perspective called “Restore60” and kicked caffeine for solid 8 weeks. (I had one espresso in three months. And, I drank coffee religiously everyday before this.)
During this three month period I tried every non-caffeinated coffee substitute (brewing cacao, drinking cocoa, Rishi mushroom, maca lattes, herbal teas, and this cacao latte).
And let me tell you, Navitas Organics Cocoa Latte was the best! (I mixed it with organic unsweetened coconut milk - so good.)
I highly recommend it.
Today, I use a little bit of Laird Superfood unsweetened coffee occasionally (maybe a teaspoon or two - occasionally). It’s great too!
Additionally today, my anxiety levels have almost dropped to zero. Brain fog and inflammation in my body have reduced significantly. My emotional health has increased and regulated. Plus, I have more energy.
Moral of the story, if you’re tired and exhausted and need a cup of coffee... there’s a reason.
Maybe one of these 👇🏽
(Adrenal fatigue, gut health imbalance, increased stress levels, poor sleep habits, lack of rest, improper hydration, unhealthy relationships, and being over worked - to name a few.)
So, here’s a solution. Stop 🛑 drinking coffee. Get to the root cause of your disfunction. (This will take at least 30-90 days.) Then, slowly start adding caffeine back into your life (if you need it).
Hit me up with questions or if you need some help kickin coffee! (Or hit up Jator Pierre and join the next round of )

Nutrition: is a keystone principle of holistic lifestyle.
We literally become what we eat. Consider this, how does your body regenerate?
My intention is simple: support others in creating holistically balanced lifestyles.
And, nutrition is fundamental.
