RE: Maaqtusiis Gym CLOSURE

Maaqtusiis Gym will be CLOSED all week from August 24-28, 2026. This closure also includes the Maaqtusiis Fitness room.

We kindly ask you to respect this closure as our gym undergoes required annual maintenance. Please do not enter the facility at any time during this closure if you not part of the custodial/maintenance team.

Invoices are DUE today.
Please ensure all invoices are given to appropriate department managers to avoid any delays in payment. Our managers will sign, code, and submit invoices to our AP department for you once they receive it.

Any invoices not signed and coded by our manager will result in delayed payments.

Message from AEA – Invoice Submission Reminder

Apologies for the short notice. Due to staffing shortages, the Accounts Payable (AP) Department is requesting that all invoices be submitted to the appropriate department manager as soon as possible, and no later than 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 21, 2026.

Please note that AP will only accept invoices from department managers until **9:00 a.m. tomorrow (July 21, 2026)

(This week only) All Invoice may be sent to [email protected] or dropped off at AEA admin office.
Amy is here until 330pm today.
