Nominations for PAC Executive 2026/27

We invite parents and guardians of Abbotsford Senior Secondary students to put forward nominations for the Abbotsford Senior Parent Advisory Council (PAC) Executive. The successful candidates will hold office for a term of one year beginning July 1, 2026 until June 30, 2027.

All positions are open. PAC Executive positions open for election at the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday May 14, 2026 are:
President
Vice-President
Secretary
Treasurer
DPAC Representative
Grade 9/10 Parent Representatives - two positions available
Grade 11/12 Parent Representatives - two positions available

Our purpose is to promote the education and welfare of students in the school; a major responsibility is the distribution of funds to support extra-curricular activities. The time commitment is mostly limited to the monthly general meetings held during the school year.

Nominees must be a parent or guardian of a student registered in Abbotsford Senior Secondary at the time of the election and for the 2026/27 year. Grade 9/10 Parent Representatives will have a child in Grade 9 or 10 in the 2026/27 school year; Grade 11/12 Parent Representatives will have a child in Grade 11 or 12 in the 2026/27 school year. You can nominate yourself! We encourage those putting their name forward to review our constitution to find out more about the PAC and the responsibilities of each position.
