Hello Calvin Coffeehouse friends,

Our next Calvin Coffeehouse event will be taking place on Friday, June 12, 2026. This month we are sponsoring a special fundraiser concert to raise funds for the Calvin Music Academy.

The CMA offers affordable violin, guitar, ukulele classes for both children and adults. The CMA also supports a handbell choir known as the Ring Dingers. Students and teachers of the CMA will be organizing a variety concert featuring the CMA violin students, the CMA ukulele drop-in club, and the Ring Dingers hand bell choir. Also joining them are Jo Blaak & Friends (fiddle music) and Gin & Tall Tales (7-piece band performing an eclectic collection of folk, jazz, latin and pop music).

Admission is free with free refreshments served at the intermission. Donations will be gratefully accepted in support of the Calvin Music Academy and its music programs. Doors open at 7:00 p.m. with the concert beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the sanctuary space at Calvin Presbyterian Church. All are welcome so bring friends for an evening of great music in a variety of musical styles.

CALVIN MUSIC ACADEMY FUNDRAISER
CONCERT
On Friday, June 12th, 2026 at 7:30pm the Calvin
Coffeehouse will be sponsoring the Calvin Music
Academy in a special fundraising concert. The event will
feature some of the students and teachers of
the CMA including one of the ukulele classes, one of the
violin classes, and the Ring Dingers (handbell choir).
Other groups, including Jo Blaak & Friends (fiddle music) and Gin & Tall Tales (folk, jazz and latin band), will also be performing.

Admission is free and free refreshments will be served at the intermission. Donations will be gratefully accepted in support of the various music programs of the Calvin Music Academy.

We encourage all to come out and bring friends to enjoy a wide variety of music and musicians, and to support Calvin Church's music school.

Calvin Music Academy presents their Music Exporation Camp. Music Explorations is a Christian faith-based music camp open to children ages 8 - 12. Campers will experience a week filled with hands-on music making. No Prior experience required - Just an excitement to learn and try new ways of making music!

The Music Exporation camp will be taking place in the first week of July from July 6 - 10. Campers will have a full day of activities starting at 9:00am and going until 4:00pm at Calvin Presbyterian Church. Price is $200. per camper for the week.
