Well I've taken some time off to raise my cute little munchkins but ill soon be back at it! I'm working on creating new menus and pricing!
I would like to focus my energy on things such as drop off catering, cooking classes, and event planning! Ill keep you all updated :)

Back to back weddings! Should be fun:)

I am back catering..... Paisley is my new sous chef! Catered Friday and Saturday last week and booked again this weekend!! Doing an Italian inspired cooking class on Friday Tuscan white bean soup, fresh gnocchi with basil pesto, and chocolate espresso mousse with homemade hazelnut biscotti!!
Next time you want to host a party have a cooking class!

In the upcoming year I am wanting to do more private cooking classes..... I had a lot of fun doing them this year. You can customize your menu for the evening and it is all hands on. It is a lot more fun then just sitting there and watching someone cook. Its a great idea for stags, staff parties, birthdays or just to have a great time with your friends.

Have two events this weekend... looking forward to the 65th surprise cocktail style bday party.... cooking many yummy things including deep fried truffle risotto balls

Doing a tasting this morning for a dessert gala. The theme is NY! (my fav) .... anyways made frozen chocolate souffle and ginger creme brulee hopefully she loves it !

Finished my cake decorating class.... can make cakes and cupcakes for any event. Let me know
