Finding peace โฎ๏ธ without repression?
"Serenity now, insanity later" โ๏ธ
Often times when something gets to us, we try to calm down when, really we need to let go. We do our best to "deal" with the issue and pretend it's no big deal. ๐ค Then what comes out often is irritability and outbursts. ๐คฏ It is much harder to see how you truly were okay and not fake it.
Let's remember to let go! ๐๏ธ There was/is more to your day and life than this one event. Soon you may not even remember it. ๐

Something I learned... ๐ก
When you don't focus on what "they" are doing. You are free. ๐ Live for yourself, knowing that doing that in the most fulfilling way means serving others in the way you were meant to. Not how others dictate.
In this way I trully live freely. โจ

Do you have issues with control? Does being 'not in control' stress you out? ๐ต ๐ฅด
One of the most helpful first lessons I learned and would be happy to impart to you is not adopting responsibility for things outside my control. โก
In reality you can only have control over 3 things:
1) The thoughts you think.
2) The images you visualize.
3) The actions you take. (Behavior)
So the next time someone cuts you off in traffic, or a friend or client is late meeting you - remember - Don't take responsibility for their actions. ๐ Be responsible for yours and realize, it's not something worth controling, otherwise, it's controling you.

What book ๐ or podcast ๐ง has had the biggest impact on your personal or entrepreneurial journey?
As an entreprenuer the most helpful habit I ever started for this journey was reading. ๐ I never had the focus for a book so audiobooks have been a lifesaver. I didn't just buy audible and hammer into it. I started with interview podcasts on topics I was curious about. Then I found hosts I liked and noticed that fairly often the host and guest would like the same book. โ๏ธ So I followed the social proof. I would then listen to those books that were recommended. The more references the book has, the more likely I was going to listen to it.
The rabbit ๐ฐ holes you can follow are endless. For Dummies and Audible's: "the great courses" are great to just dive into.
What books have you found to help you in your journey, whether it be personal or business related. Let me know below. ๐

Ever feel the urge to fill every quiet moment with noise or activity? We often resist boredom, afraid of what we might feel in the silence. But what if we embraced it instead?
When you allow yourself to slow down, you begin to hear your own thoughts and emotions more clearly. Itโs in these quiet moments that real healing and self-discovery happen. Give yourself the space to sit with your feelings without rushing to fill the void.
Sometimes, the best thing you can do is simply let yourself be.

A life well-lived starts with an independent mindโone that stands firm in its beliefs, yet is open enough to serve others with dedication and heart. True fulfillment comes from the balance of self-assurance and selflessness.
How do you cultivate this in your life?

With every day life constantly pushing us to want more, itโs easy to feel trapped by the things we think we need. But true strength and well-being often come from letting go.
Take a moment to reflect: What can you release to create space for growth, clarity, and peace?

While we should acknowledge anger. It is not a necessity.

There is a teaching that all of life only has 3 sources of suffering
greed-desire of a positive outcome
hatred-rejection of a negative outcome
delusion-insisting the world works in a way that it doesn't.
What makes you suffer? do you have to?

Does anyone else feel worse when they start deep work on themselves?
Honestly? Same.
I just want to promise that its worth while and will get better. Its basically your ego mourning its outdated self.
