Fraser Valley Dance Fitness Classes combine dance and exercise patterns with music motivators, using low or high impact moves Introductory classes for Zumba are complimentary!

Dance Fit Sundays 10:30-11:30 am Abbotsford Dance Centre

Zumba Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm Straiton Hall
4698 Sumas Mountain Road, Abbotsford

Class cost is $9 Dance Fit and $8 Zumba per class. Pre paid dance cards are available for a cost savings. I look forward to seeing you there :)

We are bringing back some classsic moves while adding some fresh new ones to the mix; Zumba at Straiton Hall resumes on Tues Sept 15 and Dance Fit returns to the Chilliwack YMCA starting Sat Sept 12, can’t wait to see you all !
