Fun Hummingbird Facts for Kids

Hummingbirds are named for the humming sound their wings make. They need to eat every 10-15 minutes to stay energized and are very territorial, often chasing away other birds.

Our Caterpillars have arrived! We have 12 caterpillars 🐛

Enchanted Forest Childcare provides 4 healthy meals on all Fridays we are open. What a deli out looking morning snack.

Enchanted Forest Childcare Center would like to introduce you to our new chick 🐣 friend, Henny Penny. Henny Penny was born sometime last night.

Today we did marble painting pigs during art. This activity was great hand eye coordination. The children had fun rolling the marble around.

This month we are learning about Farm and Jungle.

Yesterday we created our own barn. The child glued popsicle sticks onto their barn and the added farm animal stickers.

Enchanted Forest Childcare is participating in a hatching experience, through Nanny McCluckin’s. We have 9 vhick eggs in the incubator and they will hatch on March 19, 2026! Stay tune for more updates!
