Environment Canada has issued an Air Quality Warning for the Fraser Valley, including Abbotsford. 😶🌫️

Fraser Health’s tips to help protect yourself and your family:
💡Reduce or reschedule strenuous outdoor activities.
💡Stay indoors with windows and doors closed when possible. If it's too warm inside, prioritize staying cool and visit an air-conditioned public space if needed (such as one of our Recreation Centres).
💡Drink plenty of water and pay attention to how you're feeling.
💡Check in on neighbours, friends, and family members who may be more vulnerable.
