As Supervisor of the Economic Empowerment Unit at the Ministry of Human Development, she led the Women’s Economic Empowerment Entrepreneurship Program, guiding women to develop entrepreneurial skills, gain financial independence, and build confidence. Her work extends to supporting survivors of domestic violence, where she provides advocacy, compassion, and hope.

Roslyn Reid has served in the Belize Coast Guard for sixteen years, rising to Petty Officer Second Class with dedication and integrity. Beyond her uniform, Roslyn is a passionate advocate with Autism Belize, raising awareness and supporting families with compassion.

She has organized back-to-school drives, distributed meals to children, and provided food for hospital staff, embodying generosity and selflessness. Her leadership was recognized with the George Cadle Price Scholarship through Galen University, highlighting her academic and community achievements.
