💙 Remembering Jaheed “Squirrel” / PG Mbappé ⚽

Jaheed’s journey at TCC will always be remembered. He was a proud member of the Crickets House and a dedicated member of the school football ⚽️ team. It was on that football field that he earned the nickname “Mbappé” and later, “Squirrel,” 🐿️ because although he was small, he was incredibly fast and full of energy on the field 🥅

Whenever Jaheed was in town, he would always make time to stop by the Agriculture Department to shout out a few of his teachers ,Mr. Allen, Mr. Ray, and Mr. Linsford. Those little moments reflected the positive spirit and respect he carried with him.

Jaheed was always positive and hopeful about the outcome of life. His energy, determination, and humble personality touched many people, and his memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.

From the Sports Department and the entire TCC family, we extend our sincere condolences to Jaheed’s family and loved ones. May God grant you strength, comfort, and peace during this difficult time.

🎓 TCC BACK TO SCHOOL! 🎓

Parents and students, please take note of our Orientation Days for the 2026–2027 school year:

📅 August 24: First & Second Formers
📅 August 25: Third & Fourth Formers
⏰ 8:00 a.m. at the TCC Auditorium

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 All students are expected to attend with a parent/guardian.
🚌 Buses will depart from the villages at the regular departure times.
👔 Students must be properly attired in their school uniform.

Today marked an exciting milestone for Toledo Community College as ground was officially broken for the new STEAM Pavilion Project. This state-of-the-art facility will provide our students with enhanced opportunities to explore Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics, fostering innovation, creativity, and critical thinking. We extend our sincere gratitude to the Ministry of Education, Culture, Science and Technology, the Government of Belize, and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for this significant investment in the future of our students and our nation.
