As we wind down with our highlights of National School Counseling Week, we share our 1st Newsletter! Our newsletter is designed to keep you informed about our ongoing activities at I.H.S. We aim to use this newsletter to educate the public on the many roles that school counselors play in linking, advocating for, and empowering our students to access the programs and services needed to succeed.
We invite you to read our newsletters and interact with us via this platform with questions and comments. We invite curious conversations as we build connections and remove barriers.

Highlighting Day #5 of our School Counseling Week at Independence High School ... We want to extend our sincere gratitude to our Admin for the token of appreciation to our Counselors! A much needed time off at Placencia... enjoying a sun-kissed, deep-tissue, whole body massage and a nice meal. To our Principal, your kind gestures take us a long way🙏🏽 Thank you for your support to our Counseling Department ❤️

Our U17 National Team battled hard to the very last minute. The team showed heart, discipline, and resilience from start to finish.
Proud of the effort and fight displayed on the pitch as we continue building for the future of Belize football. 🇧🇿
