Requirements:
- 1 year call-center experience
- USB Headset
- Personal laptop or desktop
- Fast internet connection (at least 5Mbps)
- Quiet workspace
- Computer camera for a video interview
- At least a 5 Mbps internet connection, BTL preferred.

Our hours of operations go from 8am through 5pm Monday - Friday and weekends off, Shifts are 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. That means you work 40 per week within that time range.
