✨ Development Officer — cultivate donor relationships and expand PathLight's partnerships across churches, foundations, and beyond.
✨ Sponsorship Lead — connect our students in Belize with sponsors and build out the systems that will shape PathLight's sponsorship program for years to come.

At PathLight Belize, in partnership with the United Nations Population Fund, we are equipping teachers across Belize with the training, tools, and confidence they need to better support student wellbeing, healthy relationships, respect, and personal safety.

Through this initiative, educators are being prepared to lead age-appropriate, values-based conversations that empower children and young people with the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values that positively shape how they care for themselves and others.

As educators, parents, churches, and communities, we all play an important role in guiding the next generation. When teachers are properly trained and supported, schools become safer, healthier, and more supportive, where students can thrive academically, emotionally, and socially.

As His Grace, The Most Reverend Philip S. Wright was recognized as the first Belizean Archbishop of the Anglican Church of the West Indies, PathLight leaders Roy Goble and Irv Henderson were present to witness this national milestone.

They also took time to sit with PathLight students, a simple but powerful reminder that impact is personal.

Conflict resolution is a life skill. But walk into any legislature, and it's also a governing skill.

PathLight Belize's Leadership+ students spent the day exploring both — a morning workshop with the Department of Youth Services full of role-plays, skits, and real conversation about navigating conflict, followed by an afternoon visit to the National Assembly of Belize.

The throughline was clear: the same skills that help you work through disagreement with a classmate are the ones that shape how a country moves forward together.
