A pivotal step forward for any educational program to partner with cognitive and skills assessment platforms. Until we can assess the abilities and the skills already acquired, we are wasting time teaching all students in a classroom the same curriculum in all the same manner.

Did you know that Central Farm in the Cayo District Belize has a department called "Agroprocessing Unit, Research, Development, and Innovation Center" for the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Security, & Enterprise?

I spent 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. learning how to make all sorts of Value-Added products, such as cassava bread, tomato preserve, pizza sauce, pineapple carrot jelly, and Garifuna sahou porridge.

The facilitator, Ms Anna, was able to share her time to host about 80 students from a primary school in Orange Walk Town on a field trip.
