Police are investigating the case of a 14-year-old who left home on Monday, September 24 in August Pine Ridge, Orange Walk District. Reports reaching Love News are that the minor left home saying she was going to an internet café in the village and has not returned since. A Jasmine Alert has been issued for the young woman as the family believes she is with 27-year-old, Alex Chan. Chan, according to the family, has been involved in criminal activities and they fear the safety of the young girl. Love News understands that a few hours prior to the girl leaving home, Chan had approached the mother asking permission to date the 14-year-old, daughter to which the mother refused. Police are asking to report to them if you see the girl or if you know where she can be located.
