Kidney stones can cause unbearable pain — but the good news is, most stones are preventable with simple daily habits. Here are 7 natural and doctor-approved ways to lower your risk 👇

💧 1. Drink enough water (but don’t overdrink)

Staying hydrated prevents crystal formation. Aim for small sips all day.
