The GeoSchools Program includes
- lectures and seminars;
- excursions to the unique natural, archeological, historic and cultural and anthropogenic objects and museums;
- field training;
- obtaining a certificate of participation.
Disciplines:physical and human geography
Working languages - English, Russian
Participation Cost: 199 €
Travel, accommodation, insurance, meals and personal daily expenses should be paid separately.

– see the flora and fauna of natural and anthropogenic landscapes;
– study urban and agricultural landscapes of Polesie and their peculiarities;
– visit the historical and cultural landscapes of the Belarussian Polesie, the center of the Old Believers' culture, the museums of Gomel, Vetka and Loyev.
– study and apply afield the methods of landscape research and assessment of anthropogenic impact, methods for studying radioactive contamination.

We invite you to become a member of the Summer GeoSchool at Francisk Skorina Gomel State University (Belarus)

Our school offers you the following:
– excursions to the unique natural landscapes of Polesie - oak, pine, black alder forests, swamps;
– see the flora and fauna of natural and anthropogenic landscapes;
– study urban and agricultural landscapes of Polesie and their peculiarities;
– visit the historical and cultural landscapes of the Belarussian Polesie, the center of the Old Believers' culture, the museums of Gomel, Vetka and Loyev.
– study and apply afield the methods of landscape research and assessment of anthropogenic impact, methods for studying radioactive contamination.
We invite students, undergraduates, as well as all people interested in geography, ecology and history of landscapes.
