In Loving Memory of Mrs Frances Magret Shepherd-Palmer

It is with deep sadness that Regent Hill International School remembers Mrs Frances Magret Shepherd-Palmer, former Principal of our Block 9 Campus.

Mrs Shepherd-Palmer first served Regent Hill as Vice Principal -Secondary School before going on to lead the Block 9 Campus as Principal from 2021 until December 2025.

Those who worked and learned alongside her remember a woman who was deeply passionate about her work and who led with kindness, calmness and courage. She treated staff with love and respect, formed special bonds with her learners, and was fondly remembered as a mother to all.

Caring, nurturing, selfless and strong, Mrs Shepherd-Palmer made a lasting contribution to the Regent Hill community and to the many lives she touched during her years of service.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to her family, friends, former colleagues and learners during this difficult time.

Her warmth, leadership and legacy will remain part of the Regent Hill story.

May her soul rest in eternal peace. 🕊️
