CRACKiT Botswana Launches Inaugural Executive Management Course

Today, CRACKiT College hosted the first Executive Management Course for senior management staff and managers across CRACKiT Botswana.

The morning session was facilitated by CRACKiT CEO, Mr. Senwelo, and the afternoon session will be led by CRACKiT COO, Mr. Chaikhwa. Both sessions focuses on strengthening strategic thinking, decision-making, and leadership effectiveness at the executive level.

Today, we had the privilege of hosting Mr. Mack Batisang from SeedWord, a motivational speaker and life coach, who delivered an insightful and impactful session.
During his presentation, Mr. Batisang emphasized the powerful principle that events, combined with our responses, ultimately determine outcomes. He encouraged participants to take responsibility for how they react to situations, as this directly shapes their results in both personal and professional contexts.
He further highlighted the importance of transforming one’s mindset by consciously managing thoughts, emotions, and overall perspective. According to him, a limited vocabulary often contributes to ineffective communication, which may result in misunderstandings or the use of inappropriate language. He strongly advocated for cultivating a culture of reading as a means of improving vocabulary, enhancing self expression, and promoting intellectual growth.
Additionally, he cautioned against the tendency to conform without purpose, noting that “when you bend and blend excessively, you risk becoming common.” He urged individuals to maintain authenticity and strive for distinction rather than simply fitting in.
Overall, the session was both motivating and educational, encouraging attendees to pursue personal development through improved communication, self awareness, and intentional growth.
