A truly remarkable and proud moment for our school 🇧🇼🇺🇸

We were deeply honoured to welcome the U.S. Ambassador to the Republic of Botswana, Howard A. Van Vranken, for a special visit to our institution.

His presence on our campus meant more than a visit...it was a powerful reminder of how education and especially culinary education, can transcend borders, connect cultures and open doors to futures that once felt out of reach✨. In our kitchens and classrooms, we don’t just train chefs; we shape storytellers, innovators and creators who carry their craft with purpose and pride👩‍🍳🧑🏿‍🍳....

Moments like these leave a lasting imprint on our students’ hearts. They inspire confidence, ignite ambition and affirm that their dreams belong on a global stage🌎..

We are proud, grateful, and inspired🥹. Thank you, Ambassador Van Vranken, for taking the time to visit our campus and for being part of such a meaningful and unforgettable occasion🥹🥹.

Simple comfort food can be the art of turning flavor into emotion 🧏🏿‍♂️…where every detail, every aroma and every bite is designed to leave an impression 💯….

This slow-braised lamb shank is cooked to perfection for hours until the meat surrenders effortlessly off the bone, infused with rich herbs, roasted aromatics and finished in a silky, deeply reduced jus bursting with bold savory depth. Decadent, elegant and intensely comforting, it’s the kind of dish that fills the table with silence after the first bite💁🏿‍♂️….because true food lovers know when a meal deserves their full attention. 🍷🔥✨

Proudly prepared by our talented Senior Diploma culinary students, whose passion, discipline and creativity continue to transform ingredients into unforgettable dining experiences. From technique to presentation, this dish reflects the dedication and excellence they bring into the kitchen every single day. 👨‍🍳✨

Bream En papilote, our classic level 1 Certificate practical. We combine knife skills and basic scaling of fish in this practical. All our certificate and Diploma year 1 students undergo basic culinary skills in order to later on tackle more comprehensive practical's. Well done to our Certificate class for the attention and skill they displayed.
