As our student population continues to grow, Boswa Culinary Institute of Botswana is seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Culinary to lead our expanding team of Chefs.

This is a senior leadership position requiring an individual who can provide direction, establish standards, drive accountability and develop the culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our culinary operations and practical training are delivered consistently to the high professional standards expected of a leading culinary institution.

Just when we thought we could finally catch a break this semester 😪😭😭 Lord, what did we ever do to deserve this? 😂 Chaos on top of chaos, stress on top of stress, and somehow there’s ALWAYS something new waiting for us. 😭😭....We came to study not to fight for our lives💀 ..

Lord, we are tired. 😭🙏🏽 We just want peace, good grades and maybe one full day without an unexpected plot twist. 😂💀

As we close the chapter on our Induction, we wanted to share a little glimpse of the moments that made it special… 🤍✨

From the presentation of the food to the smiles, conversations and shared moments, it was beautiful to see our new students experience a little of what their journey at Boswa will be about.... learning, creating, connecting and making a difference. ❤️

VACANCY: GARDENER

Boswa Culinary Institute of Botswana is looking for a hardworking and reliable Gardener to maintain the institution's gardens and develop a productive vegetable garden to support our culinary training programmes.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain lawns, flower beds, trees, and landscaped areas.
• Plant, water, prune, w**d, and fertilize gardens.
• Establish and maintain a vegetable and herb garden.
• Control pests and diseases and maintain irrigation systems.
• Keep the grounds clean, tidy, and well-presented.
• Maintain gardening tools and equipment.

Requirements
• Experience in ornamental and vegetable gardening.
• Basic knowledge of horticulture or agriculture (qualification is an added advantage).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic maintenance skills
• Honest, reliable, and physically fit.

The ideal candidate should have relevant food preparation qualifications and practical experience in a catering or kitchen environment.
