I know it was a very confusing exam today on paper 1 section B…

You should have highlighted the following

#1- It is a meeting you are attending
#2- there are 5 issues being discussed on discipline decline
#3- you are representing student commitee
#4~ you are now instructed to write a *REPORT* to the students

First highlight it is a *report*

newspaper report!!does not meet criteria 🙅🏽‍♀️

Secondly remember how memorandum is set up??—even though it says report it is not highlighted on you being a journalist but only a spokesperson to the students..

Magazine report has a friendlier tone compared to newspaper report but they have the same layout and written by journalists..

But I want to hear your opinion

That means 2 options

magazine report or memorandum !

I’m sure you are aware of the difference between the 2
