My favourite Topic is wealth and studying History of those who has been successful in the creation of wealth.

Wealth formula is

Wealth = Value +exchange * Leverage

I don't discuss this topic everywhere, cause some people become suspicious of you when you discuss matters of Money.

There are laws that govern money. The wealthy understand them . Value is the service you give to other people. If you serve and solve, people will receive benefit that they will desire more of , pay For and refer you to friends, thereby creating Leverage.

Exchange or transaction has to take place for you to receive money. You have to offer a product, service that someone else perceives worthy enough to pay for.

You cannot not give Value without receiving back . Yes ke tla sengwe is important. Without fair exchange their will be financial void in your life. Transactions that are one sided are unsustainable, leading to guilt, lack of confidence and break down in business relationship.

If you continue to give Value without fair exchange you will build emotional resentment that will reduce value creation. You also won't be able to sustain the Value creation over long periods without receiving fair compensation.

Leverage is the scale and speed of serving and solving. The more people you can serve and solve for, the higher the Transaction volume and amount.

This is Wealth in Short.

21st Century Skills

Early childhood education has Never been more important than in 21st Century. While we had the Luxury to wait till the age of 18 years to gain Expert knowledge.

This century kids are expected to Launch their own rockets into space by Age 12. The argument is everything, every resourse is already here.

WORLD economic Forum in 2016, has realeased a List of Skills pertinent for survival in 21st Century. We called them the Soft skills. I call them Key Skills. They are the kind of Skills not factored in our curriculum.

CRITICAL THINKING/PROBLEM SOLVING
CREATIVITY
CURIOSITY

just take a look at the last one. Does our monotonous education of going to the same classroom, the same boring teacher, the same boring chair, the same boring chalkboard, the same boring textbook, talk about the same boring playground has any room for CURIOSITY.

Actually we as Young kids closing the 20th century were told CURIOSITY KILLED THE CAT. it was a taboo to Play Video Games, it was shurned upon to be in a Drama group; we laughed at you for being a Traditional dance. I remember when me an my Friends, hid in a nearby bush whenever there was Music competition; Music was for sisies, Music was for Gay Dudes, We hated Music and preffered Maths and Physics; Being a Medical doctor was the only Thing we knew.

Is there a Parent our there still saying to your kids : Art is useless:Music is useless: Sports is useless. If you are such a PARENT you use...😂

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY should be a subject just like SETSWANA.

GAMES DESIGN should be a Daily thing.

There should be Schools Dedicated to SPORTS. 2 subjects; Sports from 6a.m to 12 a.m them Maths and Reading. Why not.

Just a SCHOOL dedicated to Music. Not in tertiary, Now in from an Early Age.

The FUTURE is coming and its quite different. How YOU were raised is ABSOLUTE. We are here of a Global Village. The World is FLAT.

FUTURE FARMERS will be Techno Survy.

What is your BEST skill?

I recently posed this question to a mentee of mine. A woman approaching her fifties; and she looked in
the air and shook her head. I posed it to an Intern who has a degree is SHE, he couldn’t ANSWER.

Let me pose it to you “What is your Best Skill, in this day and Age, what is that one thing that when you wake up, you will Answer right away”.

A house, a car, your children, can be ripped from you. Your credit card, marriage taken by an act of War, or just realities of Life. . . but your skill, or should I say skills will remain. What if you got none.

Skills; I am not talking about your job; Am talking about that Talent you know that will always remain, No matter what Country you are placed in. Are you so good at what you Do, that you can do it ANYWHERE!! Probably Not, most people do not know what they are Good at cause they Never sat down and taken a period to study what they are BEST AT.

The market is FAIR and recognize those who have horned their skills to perfection. When you have worked hard a that tailoring of a SUIT. And you produce a SUIT that’s is just in its own class, the market will reward you. In this Life or the Next.

The market will always Pay you for your SKILLS. . . The so CALLED ICT graduates on the streets, are they skilled enough, Do they Know what is it that they DO. . . the
market always rewards.

Take a mechanic trained by CAR dealerships, no matter Where they setup SHOP, even under a tree, you find customers WAITING. . .

21st Century skills are the type of sort after skills needed in our ERA. We live in a Digital age where Internet CAFES are dying. The internet is now at your fingers TIPS. The internet is in your pocket, in your
living room.

Let us INTO your Home, YOUR living Room, and we teach you how this GREAT Phenomenon how it works, IS it for watching Movies, downloading music, and watching soapies ;
You are sitting on a TREASURE, gold. The internet is worth BILLIONS OF Dollars. A THRIVING ECO-SYSTEM.

The Next Generation will be more unforgiving than OURS for unskilled persons. The coming age will be ruthless. . .

Its an age where there are NO BORDERS, AND CRIMINALS OF ALL sorts are looting the economy. Those with POWER and money are taking over and buying everything in their PATH.

The CURRICULUM now is not addressing the WORLD without Borders.

The Digital Age is HERE to stay and our Children, especially in AFRICA, ARE not ready for this Age.
