What a Day🔥🔥🔥
28/05/2026
A very successful day of Health and Wellness.
Rev Dr Paul, encouraged the students to care for their bodies as much as they care for their spiritual life. He emphasized that their calling is dependent on the health of their bodies therefore keeping healthy is worship to God.
On another note, Mrs Kebawetse emphasized the need to care for our Mental Health as an integral aspect of our being. With academic and pressures of life piling each day, there is a greater need to take care of our mental health.
Practical teachings and demonstrations brightened the day with much rich insight.
A special thanks to Jekey Jay Fitness for facilitating such a fun aerobics session and also the medical team of Extension 2 Clinic
As you prepare for your exams, we wish you all the best.

Within the assignment to feed the flock lies a greater responsibility on the shepherd to provide healthy food. The proof you love the flock comes from recognizing the need to learn.

Today we celebrate the women whose love carries generations, whose sacrifices remain unseen, and whose strength sustains homes, communities, and the Church.
“She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come.” Proverbs 31:25
This text reminds us that motherhood is not weakness hidden behind care. Scripture presents mothers as bearers of dignity, resilience, wisdom, and hope. In many African contexts, mothers hold families together through economic struggle, grief, prayer, and daily labor. Their work often becomes invisible, yet society stands on it.
Theologically, dignity does not come from productivity or recognition. It comes from being created in the image of God. Proverbs 31 refuses to reduce women to silence or ornamentation. The woman in the text acts, builds, provides, speaks wisdom, and shapes the future.
Today we honor mothers, grandmothers, guardians, mentors, and every woman who nurtures life with courage and faith.
Happy Mother’s Day from Kgolagano College
