We recently had the pleasure of hosting Angel Radisigo, a BA (Hons) Entrepreneurship and Business Leadership student at the Botswana School of Business Sciences , who successfully completed a two-month attachment with us.
What made Angel's experience particularly special was the opportunity to rotate across KTI's different functions, including Compliance, Marketing, Sales, Training and Corporate Services, thereby gaining a broader view of how our training institution operates.
From sitting in on meetings and learning how different departments operate, to engaging with the team, asking questions and eventually presenting her own experience, Angel made the most of every opportunity to learn.
On her final day, Angel presented her experience and reflections to the KTI team, giving us the opportunity to see just how much she had grown. From her presentation skills to her confidence and willingness to engage, it was a fitting way to close her time with us.
And, of course, we couldn't let her leave without a little KTI appreciation. π
