Hello. I am Lesedi Gabalebatse. I wrote my BGCSE exams in 2020 at GSS but only got 30 points. I think it was due to not being serious enough. I failed to go anywhere with my 30 points, and I fell on hard times. I couldn't get money for tutors or make any other plans, so I ended up spending the next four years idle. In 2024 I heard of an opportunity whereby Mr Muzila, the owner of Star Academy was campaigning for political office and offered to take rewriting students who could assist him with campaigns on weekends in exchange for being tutored, so I enrolled into the offer. I then managed to improve my points from 30 to 36 with the following improvements:
SDA: from EE to CC
Mathematics: from E to C
English language: From D to C.
Thank you to everyone who assisted me so far.

Hello. I am Gaone Gagobonale. In 2023 I wrote my BGCSE, but unfortunately I only obtained 35 points, with a DD in Science Double Award and an E in English language. It was a setback because I couldn't be admitted for the tertiary programme I want to do, which is Design technology.
I then set out to rewrite BGCSE and I enrolled at Star Academy. I have now managed to obtain a CC in Science Double Award. For English language, though I improved, it was from an E to a D, which means I still haven't credited it, though I am glad that now overall my points stand at 37, and I am now at university undertaking a degree programme in Design Technology.

I am Lebogang Moses. I wrote my BGCSE in 2023 and obtained 33 points, which unfortunately did not qualify me for government sponsorship to tertiary programmes. I then enrolled at Star Academy tutoring centre in Phase 4 in 2024:as a rewriting student. I have now managed to increase my points from 33 to 38 by improving Science Double Award from EE to CC. I also improved my Mathematics grade from E to C.

My name is Kennedy Mokiri, known to my friends as Rocco. I enrolled with Star Academy to rewrite Sciences, Maths and English so that I could close the gap to qualify to be admitted to university since I had missed 36 points by just one point.
I was able to improve my points in all the subjects except English, for which the grade remained as before. I am, however, happy and hopeful that now I will get admitted to the tertiary programme I want as now I have credited my Mathematics, improving it all the way from an E to a C, and I have also improved my Sciences to BB. I now stand at 37 points.

I am Game Aurellia Metlhaleng. I initially wrote BGCSE at Naledi Senior in 2020, obtaining 30 points. In 2024 I enrolled for tuition with Star Academy. What I liked about them was the fact that we attended a lesson in each subject Monday to Friday. They also always had tutors who were very good. Surprisingly, even though tutors would sometimes change because one tutor was going for further studies or had just been hired to teach at a government school, we would feel sad that we had lost the best tutor, only to find that the new one would also be excellent still.
I am happy that ultimately I managed to improve my points massively from 30 to 37.
