JOB OPPORTUNITY:
Assistant Administrative Officer

Applicants - Qualified citizen may apply for the above post available at Gaborone
College of Culinary Arts (GCCA-Hospitality & Tourism School).

Qualifications - BGCSE preferably with class B Drivers Licence.
-Experience in administrative role.
-Computer Literate. (Microsoft Office)
-Excellent communication skills, including a professional phone manner.
-Attention to detail, team mentality and a positive attitude.
-Professional presentation.

Duties - General administrative duties such as updating records, filling.
-taking company calls(switchboard)
-Book keeping.
-inventory keeping.
