Elson is a Master of Science in Environmental Science candidate at the University of Botswana and an experienced orator with over 10 years in debate and public speaking. He is a member of Debaters Without Borders and the University of Botswana Debate Masters Association, and has extensive expertise in both World Schools and British Parliamentary formats. Elson has served as an adjudicator, coach, and mentor locally and internationally, with notable roles including Deputy Chief Adjudicator at the 2026 Bulawayo Schools Debate Rumble, Co-Chief Adjudicator at the 2025 Boipuso Open, and Finals Adjudicator at the All Schools Debate Championships (2023 & 2024).

Motlatsi Mogorosi is a criminal justice graduate and law student with a strong passion for youth leadership, democratic governance, and social justice. A decorated debater and public speaker, she is a Southern African Universities Debate Champion and has reached top ranks across major continental tournaments. She has served as Chief Adjudicator of the Botswana Annual Schools Debate Championships and as Equity Officer for both Pan-African and Southern African Debate Councils. Beyond debating, she mentors young speakers at Legae Academy, serves as Vice Chairperson of Mabogo Dinku Trust, and works as Deputy Director of Active and Human. A committed Pan-Africanist, she uses debate as a tool for empowerment, advocacy, and transformative change.
