Your first choice does not have to be your only choice.

Career paths can grow, shift and become clearer with time, experience and better information. What matters most is making the best decision you can with what you know now, and staying open to learning along the way.

As we reflect on Mother’s Day, we’re sharing this special moment from Friday, when we took time internally to celebrate the incredible mothers within our team. 💐

It was a meaningful occasion to honour the women who continue to show strength, care and dedication, both at work and at home.

To all the mothers we celebrated, and to mothers everywhere, thank you for all that you do.
