Today, our preschoolers explored the difference between healthy and unhealthy foods, learning about the choices that help our bodies grow strong and stay healthy ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ˜Š

Through fun discussions and examples, they discovered how nutritious foods give us energy, help us learn, and keep us feeling our best, while too many unhealthy foods can have negative effects on our bodies.

It's wonderful to see our little learners building knowledge that will help them make healthy choices for years to come ๐ŸŒŸโค๏ธ

Our Upper Primary Cooking Class learners rolled up their sleeves and got busy in the kitchen making delicious cheesecakes! ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿง€

From carefully measuring ingredients to mixing, baking, and decorating, every learner played a part in bringing these tasty creations to life. The excitement was just as sweet as the final product!
