Why does everyone want to learn sign language?

1.To break down the language barrier.
2. To interact, socialize, and make friends with the deaf.
3. To assist the deaf when the need arises.
4. Everyone learns sign language to be able to get assistance from the deaf and vice versa.
5. Everyone learns sign language to easily communicate between the deaf and hearing community.
6. To be able to communicate with deaf children and adults.
