Building wealth from your SALARY is very much possible, whoever said it is not lied to us.

You salary is a weapon of wealth creation. It is the most consistent income you will ever get.

It gives you access to LOANS, the differentiator is how you use the money from your loans. Do you use it for consumption or to build income producing assets?

Here is another journey we are on with one of my coaching client, we are using debt to create an asset that will generate money in the future. We are building 4 units of studio pads with rental potential ranging P7, 200-P8,000.

Once we are done we will use the rentals to build more units, a block at a time while the salary is servicing the debt.

As we pay down the debt, the property is appreciating in value over time. .

Once the debt is paid off we will have something tangible to show. We can repeat the process to build more.

It is called Leverage-using other people's money to build wealth.

For most small businesses it is best to start with what you have, learn lessons and keep improving so that when you get a loan you have more information, knowledge and skills for the business. Take it as practice
