We receive many messages about scams and unpaid debts. To protect everyone and avoid legal issues, we only post stories that meet the following:

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠:
1. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐟– Screenshots of chats, payment receipts, bank transfers, call logs, contracts, or emails. No proof = no post.
2. 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬 – Full story of what happened: date, amount, what was promised, what went wrong.
3. 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝 – If you have it. We give the other person 24-48 hrs to respond. If they don’t reply, we’ll state “Accused did not respond”.
If it’s fraud, we encourage you to report to Botswana Police Service if ole mo Botswana or South Africa police service if ole ko south Africa first.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭:
- Messages with ID numbers
- Posts with no evidence, only emotions/accusations.
- Stories that look fake or inconsistent.

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐰𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐭:
We will use careful wording like “Alleged scam” and “Claims made by sender”. We add a disclaimer that these are allegations and not verified facts.
𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐫: “This post contains allegations made by the sender. [𝗕𝗔𝗧𝗦𝗪𝗔𝗡𝗔] has not verified the full story. It is posted for public awareness only. We take no legal responsibility.”

𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞: Posting false claims can lead to defamation case.. By sending us your story, you confirm it’s true to the best of your knowledge and you have the evidence to back it.
