Last chance to attend the Preservation Classes this year is in August - so make sure you book your space ASAP!

Only 5 participants per class. Each class covers several different preservation methods and you take home knowledge, practical experience, hand-outs, recipes and samples. And if you attend both classes there is also a Certificate of Participation.
