Future Leaders at The Neo Hub

🥳 This is a huge milestone for local entrepreneurs!

Last week Thursday and Friday was truly an incredible experience. In partnership with Acacia Primary School, we held the Entrepreneurship Festival in Jwaneng. The young entrepreneurs walked away with cash prizes upto P30 000. This successful event was divided up to:

🚀 Day 1: Engaging pitch competitions that showcased the creativity and passion of our young minds. The students of Acacia Primary School amazed the judges and audience with their forward-thinking business ideas. As shy as they were, the children presented in a top notch manner! 👏🏾
The winners were:

3. Candy Crushers

🛍️ Day 2: A vibrant market day, where students got hands-on experience in turning their ideas into reality. The students set up stalls to sell their products and services. These included hot dogs, toys and even a petting zoo. It was truly remarkable to see the genius Future Leaders taking charge and showcasing their business skills.

The African Women Entrepreneurship Cooperative is excited to welcome Zindzi M. Letsididi, who will deliver the Closing Keynote Speech at the AWEC General Assembly in Nairobi.

A business development specialist, innovation strategist, Board member, technical advisor and Founder of TheNeoHub. TheNeoHub is an incubator, accelerator and entrepreneurship development organization with driven innovators who aim to answer current global issues through creative, innovative, and sustainable solutions.
Birthed in the midst of a global pandemic, TheNeoHub has achieved several notable milestones, including a feature on CNN: Inside Africa and an endorsement from His Excellency, Dr Mokgweetsi Eric Keabetswe Masisi, the President of the Republic of Botswana, who officially launched TheNeoHub mandate in April 2022.

Passionate about entrepreneurship, enterprise development, Innovation and financial inclusion, Zindzi also founded the Female Founders Circle, a platform that connects female founders and traders in the SADC region to facilitate trade, business growth and financial access.
She sits on a few boards, technical committees and has over 10 years’ experience in the financial services industry before a career transition to being an entrepreneur.
