Relationship between a Mentor and Mentee

This is a special relationship which needs a mentee to know exactly what she/he wants, be honest, real and authentic to get the best results of the program.

Mentors are there to guide and advice and the bulk of the work remains with the mentee. Commitment is very key, showing up for yourself and being focused can give birth to greater results and growth.

Mentorship
Is a two way process where somebody who is more knowledgeable or with specific skills and expertise guide you to achieve your dreams.

A mentor does the following to her /his menteee
1. Give guidance
2. Allign the mentee to opportunities
3. Help the mentee to develop career pathways
4. Help with self audit that can help the mentee to understand his/her gifts, talents and which skill sets are lacking

NB :is important to have a mentor, look fir one and take the journey of Growth together.
