As a first time business owner and entrepreneur you try to be modest when it comes to forecasting your sales. You spend so long building the product/service and adding value to it that you don't see why potential clients wouldn't jump at the opportunity to take advantage of it. You assume it will be "flying off the shelves",so to speak, within a few days of operation but business doesn't really work like that and it humbles you.
You begin to question whether or not this product you have developed is really as great as you or your peers had thought? "Are you maybe just wasting your time on something that might fail,why even do this. Its best you get a regular job to pay these bills that keep piling up,just quit,its not working out."

Instead you keep going,you keep persevering through it all. You keep molding your business model and product into something that you believe people can benefit from,something that can help your clients improve their business. Eventually after all those "no's" and "maybes" and "not right nows" a couple clients decide to give your business a chance because they believe in you and your product and all those voices you had doubting yourself are silenced.

You then realise this is just the beginning!

TLDR : Perseverance is what weilds results!

Hello everyone, like to apologize for the silence these last few months. But a lot has been going on, a lot of changes for the best, changes in my personal lifestyle and mindset.

I am in the process of starting a company, actually in the final stages, this company will be called AfricanEntity (PTY) Ltd. Along this journey I have noticed a general lack of readily available information available to young people on starting a business. Details on the ins and outs on writing a winning business plan and acquiring funding. The last few months have taught me a lot about business and trying to make sure it is a success.

As a result I would like to share the knowledge I have acquired to far and will acquire in time. Hopefully this will help those out there that have an idea and want to make it a reality.

Also if you are a young budding entrepreneur feel free to share information on this page that you wish you knew earlier and think will help someone else save time and money. You can also share or tag this post with friends and family you know that are or becoming entrepreneurs.

I truly believe that only through open discussion and free-flow of knowledge and information we will be able to grow as a people. As the leaders of tomorrow we have a responsibility to correct the mistakes made by the leaders of yesterday in order to leave a legacy fit for the next generation.
