He also discussed the three main parenting styles, emphasizing their impact on child development and why parents should know which style works best for them to positively Impact the development of young children.
In closing, Mr. Mogapi urged parents to stay actively involved in their children's development, especially during the holidays as this is a crucial moment in a child's development as they meet different people of different characters. A Centre Manager’s routine inspection in a daycare centre is crucial for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children, as well as maintaining high operational standards. By regularly checking employees, the manager ensures compliance with safety regulations, monitors staff performance and adherence to the centre's curriculum, and provides ongoing support or training when necessary. These inspections also help maintain cleanliness, proper hygiene, and a nurturing environment. Ultimately, these checks ensure that staff are delivering quality care, preventing any issues that could affect the children's safety or the centre's reputation.

When giving his speech as a Guest Speaker Mr Albert Mogapi emphasized the need for parents to be actively involved and play their role as first teachers at home. He also urged and encouraged parents to make sure that they don't just leave their children at day care centres but they should also make sure that the centres cover the holistic development of young children in preparation for a better tomorrow so that kids grow up to be valuable members of the society.
Mr Mogapi was also honoured with awarding of certificates to the graduates. At MM we are excited to have had an opportunity to continue our mandate which is to positively impact young minds for a brighter future.

FOR YOUR OWN INFORMATION
Pre- School License
A centre is licensed only when it meets the minimum requirements as per the Early Childhood and Education Policy ( 2001) and is then allowed to operate using the same license for a year then after an inspection is done towards the end of the year in preparation for the next year by the following departments; Fire Department, Health, Physical planning, Home Economics, and Building Control of any particular Local Authority with Home Economics Division e leng yone e di gogang kopele.
All the above mentioned issue reports and advise potential centre managers accordingly to make sure that the centre does meet the minimum requirements as set by the local Authority before it can be recommended for Licensing. The Home Economics Division under Social and Community Development Department is responsible for Licensing.
The license given to a centre is not transferable, Re raya jang 🤔?
