Bhutan Middle Management and Hotel Program for Hospitality

Bhutan Middle Management and Hotel Program for Hospitality The Bhutan Middle Management Hotel Program (BMMHP) is a 2-years training allowing current hotel professionals to become successful managers.

Stepping from simple employee to hotel middle manager within 2 years is possible with the BMMHP!

- How does it work? The BMMHP participants receive a training in management at the Royal Institute for Tourism and Hospitality (RITH) in Thimphu. The curriculum comprises lectures offered by national and international lecturers, as well as more practical training in the form of case-studies and internships.

- Who can apply? Any hotel employee who has already gained experience in the hotel industry can apply.

- What is the schedule? The Program is allows participants to combine their hotel job with the training. The studies are offered during the two off-season months of the year, for two years.

- What does the BMMHP offer? After completing the Program, participants become successful hotel managers. They are able to take the responsibility of a team as well as key operations of the hotel. They also receive a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS) in Hotel Management issued by The University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich, Switzerland, and endorsed by RITH. Are you currently working in the hotel business and searching for an exciting new role? Apply for the BMMHP! (here link to the application call)
