In partnership with Tashi Beverages Limited & Coca-Cola, we trained 47 female business owners, focusing on Women's Economic Empowerment. ILS training program on 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒋𝒆𝒄𝒕 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 included over 35 hours of instruction and practice-based assessments which helped simulate real-world project management scenarios.
The training was found to be extremely interactive and was created specifically to gain experience in project management.

This is why ILS, in collaboration with the Department of Local Governance, Ministry of Home and Cultural Affairs, Royal Government of Bhutan is organizing this important training on 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭. The occasion is further enriched with the presence of Lyonpo Ugyen Dorji who interacted with the participants during the opening session.

TashiCell participants worked in teams to effectively manage as many customer conflicts and issues as possible using the 𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒅-𝒃𝒂𝒔𝒆𝒅 𝒈𝒂𝒎𝒆.

To enhance learning outcomes, theory sessions were interspersed with discussions, scenario-based cases, and roleplay customer service interactions.

Our participants from TashiCell have successfully attended our program on 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐓𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

Customer Service tabletop simulation is a 𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒅-𝒃𝒂𝒔𝒆𝒅 𝒈𝒂𝒎𝒆 where participants compete in teams to successfully resolve as many customer conflicts and issues as possible.

Participants rotate between the roles of a Customer and a Customer Service Executive (CSE) throughout the simulation and roleplay customer service interactions.
