Today, our little ones learned that clean hands keep us healthy and happy!
Through fun and practice, we reminded ourselves that washing hands with soap is one of the simplest ways to stay safe from germs.
Healthy habits start young — clean hands, bright smiles!
Happy Global Handwashing Day!

Embracing our children’s achievements, no matter small or big. Congratulations to all our participants.

Mindful eating is the practice of paying full attention to the experience of eating and drinking. It means noticing the colors, textures, and flavors of food, eating slowly, and listening to your body’s hunger and fullness cues. This simple practice can improve digestion, prevent overeating, and encourage healthier food choices. By being present with our meals, we not only nourish our body but also create a balanced and positive relationship with food.

We extend our sincere appreciation to BECEDA and Duedroi Rangwang Zhidey Tshogpa (DRZT) for graciously visiting our centre and imparting valuable insights on the importance of mindful eating with our children.

And Behind every little smile and milestone is our dream team—Happy Feet Childcare ECCD, where passion meets purpose.
