This is proud moment to share two wise and insightful person who proved themselves who they are and what they are capable of.

Presenting Tashi Penjor, graduated from Sherubtse College and who is Member Secretary of GHSS alumni Association. Mr. Tashi Penjor is well adverse in Dzongkha and known for enormous caliber in dzongkha in junior school. As a prayers and inspiration from teachers and parents he got recruited in Jigme Namgyel Engineering College (JNP) as Dzongkha Assistant Lecturer.

We have another active member of GHSS alumni Association Kesang Tshomo, graduated from Gedu College of Business Studies, majoring in Finance. Currently she is working in Thimphu TechPark (TTPL) as Business Analyst. Both of them were groomed in Gelephu Higher Secondary School, where they served as student leader and even got accolades. They were exemplary students back in high school.

The family of GHSS alumni would like to wish good luck in their future endeavors. We are always proud for their achievements. Not to forget our teachers who taught, and groomed who they are today. Thank you all the teachers Associated with our learning process.

Proud moment to share

The family of GHSS alumni Association would like to wholeheartedly congratulate our President of Association Mr. Ngawang Dorji and active alumni member Mr. Phuentsho Tashi for getting selected in Army Officer.

Bags of clothe are packed, met friends, received good numbers of gifts and laudable gesture from proud tecahers and parents, here they stand Mr. Ngawang Dorji and Phuentsho Tashi ready to leave for training in Dehradun.

As they are mentally prepared for hardest training under scorching sun, so may every commands of trainers get fulfilled without any obstacles.

We wish all the good luck on the journey of Army officer. We are fortunate to have them and proud to say they are product of Gelephu Higher Secondary School. Thank you all the teachers for grooming who we are today.

Coinciding to his Majesty's 41st Birth Anniversary, team helm by Vice-President and Treasurer represented Alumni of GHSS Association and attended the celebration of His Majesty's Birthday with School management.

On that auspicious day, Vice-president talked about how Association came into picture, how founders were instigated to form and few activities to be carried out by Association.

As a token of love from all the members of Association, they handed hand sanitizer and detergent soap to school Principal. Along with that they also handed SOP and mother document of Association.

We would like to thank school management for graciously accepting our proposal to form Association and small token of love from us. We will be always committed to work with school management for the benefits of students. Not to forget our focal person, madam Punam Poju Gurung, Dawa Dem and Dechen zam for escorting our Executive Officers, thank you so much.

On this joyous occasion we join nation to celebrate His Majesty's 41st birth anniversary. His Majesty will be our supreme leader to helm our life and always true example to emulate. We pray for His Majesty good health and ever lasting happiness. Happy Birthday Your Majesty🙏🙏🙏
