The school observed World Menstrual Hygiene Day under the theme, “Together for a Period Friendly World." The program was led by the gents and School Health members, reflecting the importance of shared responsibility and support in creating a caring and inclusive school environment.
Through awareness sessions, and interactive activities, students were encouraged to break stigma, promote proper menstrual hygiene practices, and build respect, understanding, and confidence among both boys and girls.

Literary Activities in Action!
Our school enthusiastically organized a House-wise Literary Competition aimed at promoting language skills, creativity, teamwork, and healthy competition among students. Learners from different houses actively participated in exciting activities such as spelling, synonyms, antonyms, translation, vocabulary games, and other literary challenges.
The activities provided a fun and meaningful learning experience while nurturing students’ love for language and literature. Congratulations to all the enthusiastic participants and coordinators for making the program successful and inspiring!👏

Spiritual Discourse
A meaningful spiritual discourse was delivered by Lopen Samdrup in our school, focusing on the significance of སྐྱབས་འགྲོ། (refuge practice) and the understanding of the དུག་ལྔ། (Five Poisons), attachment, anger, ignorance, pride, and jealousy.
Lopen Samdrup enlightened the students and staff on how these negative emotions affect our thoughts and actions, and emphasized the importance of self-reflection and mindfulness in overcoming them. He also highlighted how the practice of refuge practice helps in purifying one's actions and cultivating positive virtues.
The session served as a valuable reminder for everyone to lead a disciplined, compassionate, and mindful life, contributing to both personal growth and a harmonious school environment.
